The SFMOMA Museum Store stands behind the quality of our curated collection and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our store location with your original order number and receipt to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring fragile goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
